Getting Started with Easy Agile Personas
Configuring the app
Jira Project Admins will be able to create and manage Personas as soon as the app is installed.
To add a Persona to a Jira Issue, a Project Admin will need to add the custom fields to the Project’s issue view. We have step-by-step instructions for configuring Personas custom fields.

Creating your first Persona
You need to be a Project Admin to create, edit or delete Personas. Anyone in a Project can view the Personas in that Project.
The Personas app can be opened from the Project sidebar.
There are three primary fields:
Persona archetype, eg. The Busy Mum
Persona name, eg. Sally Smith
Persona job title, eg. Full-time parent
There's also a free-form Description. This allows you to add details about your Persona that are most relevant to your team. We've put some questions in there to help you get started.

Adding the Persona to an issue
Once the custom fields have been added to the Issue View, you can find the “Persona” and “Importance to Persona” fields on issues in this Project. These link your Persona with the issues that affect them or would provide value for them. You can search for them using the Persona archetype, eg. The Busy Mum.
